Installation and Sales Agreement

Last updated: December 1, 2022

Simply Put

Remember the days when a handshake was all that was needed to consummate a business agreement? But even back then misunderstandings arose. The written contract is a better way to alleviate misunderstandings and unlike the spoken word, can be revisited to clear things up.

The Installation and Sales Agreement below is part of every job that we do. This contract is a protection for us and also for you. It guarantees you QUALITY workmanship. Note the provision in paragraph 1 for repairs by us in the unlikely event of labor errors, for ONE FULL YEAR! It also assures us that you are committed to the work at hand and spells out some of the details as to who is responsible for such things as electrical power as shown in paragraph 7.

We want to assure you that we are committed to providing you with the personal attention of a “handshake” and the clarity of a written agreement. Thank you for your interest in our company! It is our desire that by providing this agreement on our website, that you can sense our commitment of transparency and good will. We also hope that it nudges you our direction.
